Sean Martin is a National Board Certified Teacher in Physics with over 15 years of one-on-one tutoring experience and over 10 years as a high school physics teacher. A born instructor, teaching comes naturally to him. He believes that everyone is capable of learning and understanding as long as they have someone who can explain things in a relatable way, and Sean is a master at simplifying difficult, complex concepts into easily understandable ideas that relate to students’ lived experiences. He started his education career in Los Angeles while tutoring for Ellen Richards Education in 2008 and after a year of tutoring decided to pursue a career as an educator. He earned both his BS in Physics (2012) and his MS in Transformative Education and Social Change (2017) from West Chester University in PA and is certified in AP Physics 1, AP Physics 2, AP Physics C: Mechanics, and AP Physics C: Electricity & Magnetism.
