My name is Carsen and I have been a teacher for over 6 years . I have taught every grade level from elementary to high school but my passion for Algebra remains . My goal as a teacher is to make math make sense! I strive to help my students not only understand the concepts, but apply them to real world scenarios .
I pride myself on being able to integrate technology into my lessons and teaching . Long gone are the days of simply doing math by paper and pencil ! I love to incorporate fun and exciting online learning platforms, programs and even games to help keep my classes engaged. I am currently Kami Educator Certified and am working towards a certification in Google Education as well .
