I am a former college professor of Spanish and currently an AP Spanish teacher in North Carolina. I obtained my undergraduate degree from Washington State University and my graduate degree from West Virginia University. I lived abroad for over three years and speak fluent Spanish as well as Sranan Tongo. The success rate of my students is above the national average with most of my students scoring 4s and 5s. I have taught AP Spanish Language and Culture and AP Spanish Literature and Culture. I have received several awards in education, but the awards that mean the most to me is when I am chosen as the most influential educator by students. I am passionate about teaching Spanish and pride myself on being able to improve my students' fluency in the language.
